Five Starry Outfits To Brighten Up Your Wardrobe!

Hi everyone!

This week, I decided to put together a couple of outfits featuring one of my favorite things; Stars! I absolutely LOVE stars; I love how they brighten up the night sky, I love how unique each star is and I love the fact that although during the dayΒ some of them Β can’t be seen, they are always still up there in the sky waiting for their time to shine again. Oh and I also love that they can just instantly add in a touch of glamour (and stardust) into any ordinary outfit and instantly brighten it up!

Anyway, I wanted to combine my love of stars and fashion together and this post is the final result! I really hope that you like ’em!

Outfit 1- A Celestial Dream

This was the outfit that originally served the purpose as my inspiration for this post. If I’m completely honest, it almost might be my favourite haha.. I fell in love with the pattern of the sweater and I just knew that I had to pair it up with a pink skirt and a beret! (I also simply ADORE that mini camera as well, don’t you?)

For some reason whenever I find myself putting together outfits, I also dream up people whose personalities are sort of connected to outfit as well. So, for this outfit, I thought that its personality would be someone who loves to daydream and take photographs of everything that she finds extraordinary in an ordinary cityΒ and turn it in to something just a little bit magical.

Outfit 2- The Star Spangled Superstar

For this outfit, I wanted to go really casual but also unique and bold, and what’s more bold and unique than a coconut purse, glittery sneakers and fun patterned leggings??

I toned down the star theme a bit with only a white shirt with a row of silver stars around the neckline and a matching celestial bracelet. I think the effect is bit more subtle but still really fun! (and quite effective!)

(Outfit Persona- A fun and quirky teen who walks with confidence and has an immense love for glitter and fruit loops!) πŸ˜‚πŸ’—

Outfit 3- A Starry Night

This look is a bit more toned down in terms of the colour scheme, but I still think its perfect for anyone who is a bit more glamourous and still wants to incorporate this fun theme into an everyday look!

I stuck to grey, black, white and silver for this one and I’m actually really pleased with how it turned out! I absolutely ADORE the shoes (as always haha..) and I thought that adding in the pink frames were a bit of a unique touch.

The person I had in mind while putting this one together is someone who is classy, coordinated and confident but also a tiny bit rebellious and loves to ice-skate, for some reason? I just think that the jacket kind of brings out that different side? Because people can’t really be fit into specific genres, there’s so much more to them than a label after all!

Outfit 4- Starring : Candy With a Sprinkle of Stars

I just HAD to include in an outfit with a dress and as soon as I saw this one, I loved it! The star print isn’t too loud but it isn’t exactly subtle either and I wanted to emphasize that, but also add in a couple of sweet little touches like the golden starry socks that are going to tucked into the boots! (They just remind me of Harry Potter, for some reason so I just had to include ’em!)

I also adore the colourful umbrella that also just adds to the sweet and pastel theme that this outfit brings out!

For some reason when I think about this outfit, I always imagine the person wearing it to be dancing around a cobblestoned street when it is raining with a big smile, while the others are all shut up inside their houses mourning about the gloom.

After all life isn’t always perfect and embracing that fact is the first step to being truly happy and content!

Outfit 5- A Burst Of Stardust

As always, I love to save my most unique outfit for last, and this time definitely isn’t an exception. I found these gorgeous jeans and I paired them up with a cashmere sweater patterned with stars! I was actually quite surprised at the contrast and how much I liked it!

To tie in the outfit together, I added in some silver wedge sneakers, a red and black wristlet and some silver star earrings! This outfit just screams STARS, so its definitely not subtle but I still think that although it’s a bit more bold, you can definitely dress it up or down.

What did you think of this post and my outfits? Did you have a favourite? Oh, and would you wear any of these outfits, if you got the chance? If so, which one and why? I’m quite curious! Let me know in the comments down below!

9 Fab Days of STYLE!! | OOTDs and Inspiration! | Part TwoΒ

Hi everyone!

I really hope that you enjoyed yesterday’s outfits (in part 1) because I have a couple more to share with you today! I designed all of the outfits based on (mostly)my style and I tried to incorporate as many of my favorite fashion pieces as much as possible! Oh, and I tried to make sure that all the shoes were fab as well! πŸ˜β€πŸ˜‰

Let’s continue, shall we? (That sounds weird, sorry about that!) but anyway, I can’t wait to show what I’ve put together today!! I really really really hope that you love ’em as much as I do!!

Outfit #5

Alright,so I really wanted the colours in this outfit to be a little neutral and not too bright or colourful, because I wanted this outfit to be like another ‘Chill Day with Friends and Family’ outfit! So, I decided to pair a comfy looking tee with a chevron print skirt and some back boots (with gold zips!). Oh and a backpack and some lip gloss! I think adding in a black leather jacket would make the outfit look even cooler and definitely more dressy, so that would be a really fun addition as well!

Outfit #6

As I was styling these outfits, I realized that most of them were casual so I decided to shake things up a little (as said on the phone case πŸ˜‰)  and try out a different way of wearing a striped shirt and a denim vest-jacket thing! (I’m actually quite pleased with how it turned out but I want to know what you all think, so please let me know in the comments down below. ☺️)

Anyway, I decided to accessorize my outfit with a bucket bag, an emoji bracket (how gorgeous is that?? 😍😍), sone sunnies and of course, fab shoes!! πŸ‘

Outfit #7

This is probably one of the most exciting outfits that I’ve ever put together! I wanted to design an outfit for a character that I made up, so I decided to just go for it! And here it is! The character is sort of a very bookish girl but also really strong and very powerful and adventurous!  (Unfortunately, I haven’t come up with a name for her yet haha, any ideas?)  The dress actually inspired me to sort of piece the outfit together and I’m quite surprised with how it turned out! It was bit more dark than I expected it to be, so I added in a flower crown to even things out and I think my character is definitely good to go now!

Outfit #8

Since the last outfit was a bit dark, I wanted to make this one the complete opposite, and by opposite I mean-Pastels!! I was just casually browsing through Polyvore and I happened to love all of these accessories, (and the shoes!!) separately so after that, it was just a matter of putting everything together- and oohing and aahing over the pure loveliness that are the colours! I am simply in love with the jewellery as well, I wanted it to be quite delicate but still simple and pretty, and I think the crescent moons and stars were just perfect!

Outfit #9

I saved my most unique outfit for the last one! As I said before, it was always a special accessory or piece of clothing that inspired me to put the outfit together and for this outfit, it was most definitely the skirt! I feel like it would be the perfect outfit to explore a new place in! The pattern on the skirt looked really exciting and unique so I wanted that to be the main part of the outfit and I found a white shirt that went with it perfectly! I couldn’t resist adding some pink sunnies (because sometimes, you just have to see the world in your rose-coloured glasses, right?)  and a fun bracelet! 😍❀

Wow!! That was fun!! I honestly had a blast putting these outfits together but now, I’m curious. Out of all of the nine outfits, which ones were your favorites? I really really hope that you enjoyed reading this post and I hope that you have a great day/night! Thank you so much for reading and for all of your lovely comments and support-it really means the world to me. ☺️❀I can’t wait to reply to them, now that it’s the weekend, and I’m free!! 😊❀

9 Fab Days of STYLE!! | OOTDs & Inspiration! | Part OneΒ

Hi everyone!

It’s been quite a while since I have done a fashion post (which is kind of sad because I love blogging about fashion!) so today, I decided to get creative and do a nine day OOTD post to celebrate these nine days of blogging! ☺️

Since it’s probably going to end up being quite a long post, I’ve decided to split up the post in two parts! The first part will be featuring four outfits and the second part will be featuring five.

I had a blast putting these outfits together and I really really hope that you like ’em! 😊❀

Outfit #1

I’ve decided to call this outfit ‘Beachy Vibes’ because that’s exactly what I was imagining when I put this outfit together. I wanted it to be quite a light and breezy look but still stylish and comfy! I think my favourite part of the outfit would have to be the colours that I’ve incorporated-that shade of blue has now been added to my ‘favorite colours’ colour palette. Love love love!! 😍😍😍

Outfit #2

Hipster Chic

In terms of the clothing pieces, outfit two is completely different to outfit 1. I wanted this look to reflect a sort of vintage-y hipster vibe but still be effortlessly chic and the kimono style cardigan was the key part of the whole outfit because of that! I was getting major ‘Stylish Photographer’ Vibes as well so I decided to add in a cute floral phone case to take pictures with (using a phone or something?,I tried to look for a camera but that wasn’t available unfortunately) Oh, and I couldn’t resist adding in some gold Harry Potter style glasses!

Outfit #3
I’m calling this outfit ‘The Classic’ because that’s exactly what it reminds me of-a classic look for almost any occasion. I chose a simple floral print dress so that I could easily pair it with an oversized denim jacket, and maybe even some leggings underneath because the dress looks quite short? Oh, and I couldn’t resist adding in a cream coloured backpack with some Pom-pom keychains (I’m in love with those keychains! 😍😍😍) and some chunky bracelets because, after all accessories can make or break the outfit, right? (It was a good excuse to experiment haha…) Oh and I think that again, the shoes just tied everything together! 😍😍😍

As you can probably tell-I really love shoes haha…πŸ’—

Outfit #4

Overall, I think this outfit would have to be one of my favorites! Again, I wanted to draw attention to the shoes so I kept the rest of the outfit simple with a tie-up sweater, (that looks really cozy!) some high waisted ripped jeans, and a polka dot purse! I chose a sort of ‘millennial pink’ shade for the shoes (I’m not exactly sure what the right colour is called) so that it would be a darker shade than the rest of the outfit, and then I focused my accessories on matching those shoes! I even added in some pink hair. (it just went really well together? ❀)

Anyway, that’s it for today’s outfits! Please do let me know what you thought of them (and if you had a favorite one) in the comments! I’d LOVE to know. 😊❀

Thank you so much for reading!

Side note-This post was supposed to go up yesterday, but there were quite a few many glitches so I wasn’t able to publish it. πŸ˜πŸ˜” I’m really really sorry about that!! (I’ll be posting twice tomorrow to make up for it! So I hope that sorts everything out!)
